Amotai is seeking a Communications and Insights Manager to lead our communications, marketing, and insights functions, demonstrating Amotai’s impact and strengthening our influence. If you have a passion for storytelling, data-driven insights, and strategic leadership, this is your opportunity to make a difference 
As the Communications and Insights Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver Amotai’s external communications, marketing, events, and insights functions. You will drive strategy, enhance brand positioning, and ensure high-quality research outputs. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in growing Amotai’s impact, funding, and sustainability. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading a team of passionate communications, business development and research professionals 

  • Developing and delivering communications projects, marketing, and insights strategies to enhance Amotai’s reach and influence. 

  • Managing events, including the Amotai Summit and Awards. 

  • Leading research, evaluation, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making. 

  • Supporting funding proposals and stakeholder reporting requirements. 

  • Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth strategies.

You are a strategic and results-driven professional with experience leading high-impact marketing and insights functions. You bring strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of cross-sector environments. With extensive expertise in stakeholder engagement, you translate data into compelling narratives that promote Amotai’s reputation and influence A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in communications, marketing, or strategic programme leadership will set you up for success.
