He angitūtanga: The opportunity

As the foreman, you will take a hands-on approach to delivering a high standard of services to key clients through the efficient management of operational resources. This will be done through managing and leading staff members within the team to produce exceptional results, developing relationships with key stakeholders and delivering continuous improvement and operation efficiencies across the division. Utilising your technical expertise, you will ensure best practice operational methodologies are utilised with Health and Safety at the forefront of each decision.



He kōrero mōu: About you

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who:
•    Takes pride in their work
•    Has cleaning and management experience 
•    Is happy to roll up their sleeves to help the wider team get the job done when required 
•    Preferably has experience using software like Data-splice although training will be provided for the right candidate


You will also need the following:
•    Proven leadership experience in an operational business
•    Demonstrated success in leading teams with exceptional people management skills
•    Ability to influence and build strong relationships with key internal and external stake holders
•    Strong programme and project management, time management, planning, facilitation, and organisational skills
•    Strong communication skills both written and verbal


Due to the nature of the role, it is a requirement that the incumbent holds a valid and relevant New Zealand driver's license
