Reporting into the Head of Business Improvement and Enterprise Change, you will deliver and embed change, within the agreed initiatives. You will ensure initiatives are defined, designed, planned, resourced and implemented successfully from a change perspective and timely and actionable change risk and readiness data and change advice is available for the Enterprise Change lead, and impacted departments.
You will lead opportunities to ensure change is delivered more effectively are developed and highlighted to business owners, including a better employee experience of change, enhanced customer outcomes and assured benefit delivery.
He kōrero mōu: About you
Tertiary qualified in Business, Change Management, Programme or Project Delivery, Organisational Psychology, Communications, or a combination of these, you will bring significant experience and deep knowledge of business, transformation, organisational change preferably in a large and complex organisational setting, including process, systems and organisational change.
You will bring 5-6 years of experience in formal change management for a large programme or project in a complex and multifaceted environment. You will have sound understanding of data, gap, and process analysis and proven experience in process mapping and functional design, using Process Manager or similar.
With an excellent ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to summarise key issues and findings, you will be able to formulate supportive ideas and materials as well as present findings and ideas clearly and concisely to a variety of levels of the organisation. You will bring demonstrable experience in change impact assessment and the ability to handle multiple and shifting assigned priorities to provide research results and solutions that are timely, supportive and accurate.
You participate in initiatives to embed te ao Māori into the way we do things. You are willing to develop and build your own understanding and capability to contribute to the delivery of the directorate’s Māori outcomes and wider organisation’s vision to be responsive to the needs and aspirations of Māori as outlined in the Māori Outcomes Performance Measurement Framework –Kia ora Tāmaki Makaurau.
