Are you ready to play a crucial role in delivering world-class sporting and entertainment events? Auckland Stadiums is seeking a Bookings Coordinator and become the essential link between bookings and event delivery across three iconic venues!

Manage bookings and support seamless event delivery, reporting to the Event Operations Manager, you’ll manage the booking calendar for three of Auckland’s premier venues—North Harbour Stadium, Go Media Stadium, and Western Springs Stadium—supporting a diverse range of events from elite sport to major concerts and community activities.

- In this role, you will manage complex booking calendar schedules across three venues.

- Work with internal teams including property, facilities, to deliver high-quality events.

- Work closely with tenants, hirers, and internal teams to coordinate bookings, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate event records.

- You will also support the Event Operations, Venue Presentation and Head of Operations and provide administrative support across the stadiums portfolio.

- The role includes financial administration (quotes and invoices).

You will be proactive and someone who can hit the ground running and contribute from day one. You are confident and able to build rapport easily with internal and external customers. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and have a strong customer service ethic.

Successful candidate will have:

· Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience or equivalent relevant work experience

· Experience in event coordination, bookings, or administration

· Experience with venue management systems (Momentus or similar) and diary scheduling is desirable.

· Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
