Amotai is seeking an Audit and Compliance Manager to deliver best-practice supplier diversity membership auditing, compliance, and quality assurance services. If you are passionate about advancing supplier diversity and supporting the growth of a more diverse and resilient New Zealand business sector, this is your chance to make an impact.
As the Amotai Audit and Compliance Manager, you will ensure that businesses on the Amotai Verified Māori and Pasifika Supplier Directory meet Amotai’s membership criteria. You will manage and deliver supplier registrations, annual audits, monitor compliance, and investigate breaches. You’ll also help grow Amotai’s directory by enhancing its auditing, compliance, and quality assurance practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and delivering Amotai’s supplier member registration, verification, auditing, compliance, and quality assurance services.
• Working closely with Amotai’s Data, Communications and Insights and Membership Services teams.
• Reporting on supplier registrations and compliance matters.
• Building a community of practice locally and globally to inform practice and maintain and grow the integrity of Amotai’s Verified Māori and Pasifika Directory.
• Developing and delivering training and insights for staff and members
He kōrero mōu: About you
You are an experienced audit and compliance professional with solid experience and understanding of the Māori and Pasifika business sectors. You bring a strong level of commercial acumen and ability to easily build rapport and relationships with Māori and Pasifika businesses, as well as buyer organisations. You have a passion for ensuring that Amotai’s verification, auditing and compliance processes are best practice and that they evolve as required.
A tertiary qualification in Audit, Compliance, or a related field, along with extensive experience within this field, is essential.
