We maintain a national directory of over 2000 verified businesses and support buyers to diversify their supply chains. Amotai is seeking an Amotai Membership Integrity Manager to deliver the following best-practice supplier diversity services;
• membership verification,
• annual membership auditing,
• membership code of conduct compliance management, and
• quality assurance services.

As the AmotaiMembership Integrity Manager, you will ensure that businesses on the Amotai Verified Māori and Pasifika Supplier Directory meet Amotai’s indigenous membership criteria. You will be responsible for the delivery of supplier membership registrations, annual membership audits, compliance monitoring and breach investigations. You’ll also help grow Amotai’s directory by enhancing its verification, auditing, compliance, and quality assurance practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and delivering Amotai’s supplier member registration, verification, auditing, compliance, and quality assurance services.•
• Building a community of practice locally and globally to inform practice and maintain and grow the integrity of Amotai’s
Verified Māori and Pasifika Directory.
• Developing and delivering training and insights for staff and members
• Working closely with Amotai’s Data, Communications and Insights and Membership Services teams.
• Reporting on supplier registrations and compliance matters.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You have a passion for Amotai’s supplier diversity kaupapa and are an experienced professional from either the quality assurance, legal, audit, compliance or consultancy sectors with solid experience and understanding of the Māori and Pasifika business sectors. You bring a strong level of commercial acumen, confidence and ability to easily build rapport and relationships with Māori and Pasifika businesses, as well as buyer organisations. You are driven to deliver best practice supplier diversity membership verification, membership auditing and compliance services alongside improving and evolving practice. And you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the mahi done. A tertiary qualification in Audit, Compliance, or a related field, along with extensive experience within this field, is essential.
