He angitūtanga: The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Performance Analyst to join our team in Manukau.
You will provide business performance measurements and insights to the Customer Services team to drive improvement of service delivery.
You will also be an integral part of a team that designs, builds and maintains automated reporting solutions to meet future business needs.
He kōrero mōu: About you
It is essential that you have 3-5 years of experience in reporting of customer driven data or large datasets and be able to interpret these into meaningful information.
Your strong Power BI report development is paramount for this role. An expertise in performance measurement, business planning, Google Analytics, SAP Business Objects or speech/ text analytics tools will contribute to the growth of your role.
Since this role will be involved in operational and performance reporting, good data visualisation skills, along with your ability to interact with stakeholders will also be heavily put into practice.

In return you’ll be part of a small team that is passionate about customer service data analysis based in Manukau. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday you will have flexibility with how those hours are set. Some of our people begin early, some stay later, some work one day from home.
