Are you looking to make a difference locally? Amenities & Infrastructure Maintenance Services (AIM Services) staff are proud to care for our local parks, community facilities and infrastructure for the enjoyment of everyone in our region.

Waiheke Island is a special place, and this is your opportunity to work outdoors and take on the island's beautiful beaches and parks as you help keep the island in pristine condition.

In this role, you will be assisting in the undertaking of a number of activities, which will include: 

  • General asset maintenance
  • Town centre cleaning
  • BBQ cleaning
  • Playground maintenance

He kōrero mōu: About you

To be successful in this role, you will have previous work experience in Asset maintenance or related field and the ability to operate a range of small plant and equipment is expected. Ability to work unsupervised and comply with health and safety requirements will be the key to your success. Stamina with a good level of fitness and agility is required and you will need a clean NZ drivers’ licence with manual driving skills.

This position works 40 hours per week 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime, as and when required.
