As Auckland continues to grow and develop, so does our organisation. To meet the growing demands, we are looking for hard working and energetic people to join our Waste Team as a Refuse Truck Driver. 

As a Refuse Driver, you will predominantly be assisting with waste collection in the Auckland region and Papakura. Some of your primary responsibilities will include driving a fleet of modern trucks, servicing of waste kerbside bins and running alongside the collection vehicle.

This is a full-time position, working rostered shifts, inclusive of weekend hours and overnight shifts as and when required.

He kōrero mōu: About you

  • Previous work experience in the refuse/recycling industry would be ideal
  • Have a clean class 2 full driver's license with manual driving skills
  • Be physically fit with a high level of stamina and agility
  • Have a high level of Health and Safety awareness
  • Knowledge of Auckland region would be a bonus
