He angitūtanga: The opportunity


Join our Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre as the Team Leader for Recreation and play a key part in making the experience of our customers fun, safe and enjoyable.  


You'll be responsible for everything that happens in the Recreation Department, from initiating service improvements, looking for new opportunities to increase usage, overseeing the senior recreation and holiday programmes, together with building sport leagues. This is where it’s all happening!


He kōrero mōu: About you


You’ll have experience managing a team within the recreation, health or fitness environment and proven track record in developing & maintaining relationships with a diverse range of internal and external customers. You’ll also hold an NZ recognised qualification in Sport or Recreation including a First Aid Certificate.
