You will be joining our team in Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Service Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.


Working as a Customer Service Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no two days are the same!

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role. 


Ideally, you’ll hold a First Aid Certificate.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 13 hours per week, across 2 days, including weekends.
