As Delivery Lead, you will join our Workforce Systems Team in our People & Culture department and provide technical leadership of solution design & verification to the wider team. You will work with key business stakeholders to evaluate, and where appropriate, implement additional business functions, technical enhancements of SAP in a standard and best practice manner in collaboration with Auckland Council’s ICT department. As the go to person to a Functional team you will manage, support and ensure system changes are tested and analysed for process improvement opportunities.

He kōrero mōu: About you

You have a tertiary qualification in HR, information systems or business-related discipline or the equivalent through experience. You have extensive experience in the implementation and use of SAP, Success Factors, specifically relating to Employee Central and Centralised Services.  Experience in complex business/system environments with proven know how to successfully manage business relationships will be highly regarded.
