Join our Tepid Baths as the Team Leader for Fitness and play a key part in making the experience of our customers fun, safe and enjoyable.

This role isn't about hanging around the step machines looking cool, this is about leading a team of Fitness Instructors who love to engage with our Customers, talk to them and to understand their needs to encourage them to enjoy keeping fit & healthy on a regular basis.

You'll be responsible for everything that happens on the fitness floor, initiating service improvements, the retention of members and manage the development of new fitness programmes within your Centre.

He kōrero mōu: About you

You’ll have experience managing a team within the health and fitness environment and proven track record in developing & maintaining relationships with a diverse range of internal and external customers. You’ll also hold an NZ recognised qualification in Sport or Recreation, including fitness qualifications and First Aid certificate.

You will be working 40 hours per week, rostered over 7 days.
