To help us on the journey, we are looking for Learning and Development Advisor to be part of a tight knit matrix team.

 

He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

In this exciting role, you will support the design, development and delivery of new Diversity & Inclusion programmes which contribute to organisation wide capability building to deliver on Auckland Council Diversity & Inclusion goals.

 

You will provide instructional design input to support the effective delivery of large-scale formal development programmes such as Accelerated Female Leadership Programme, Managing Flexibility and Unconscious Bias.


You will contribute expertise to content development which will include sourcing articles, creating case studies, designing activities that support programme outcomes. You will ensure programme delivery runs smoothly and support participants with expert advice regarding internal and external development options available


He kōrero mōu: About you


A seasoned L&D professional, you will have demonstrated skill and experience designing and delivering large scale talent, leadership and formal development programmes, to people leaders at all levels.

 

You will have experience and understanding of talent management and succession planning, L&D and competency frameworks, career orientated development and on the job/experiential learning whilst engaging with a complex range of stakeholders and/or subject matter experts and/or learning and development suppliers.

 

With highly developed facilitation skills interpersonal skills, you will bring strong project management background.
