Join us for an exciting opportunity in our Billing Team for a six month fixed-term contract . Our billing team provides a shared service for Auckland Council and selected Council Controlled Organisations (CCO's). As a valued Billing Team Member, you will be responsible for working through high volumes across Accounts Receivable systems. You will undertake a variety of tasks such as billing/invoicing, credit notes, journals, debtor statements, refunds, customer queries, and debtors reporting. A key focus of the role will be resolving customer queries and providing excellent levels of service.  


He kōrero mōu: About you


Naturally, you will be very customer focused with a desire to help people. You will have an eye for detail and work through large numbers of transactions with ease. You will be able to work on multiple systems such as ERP systems. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years' experience working in accounts receivable processing or from an accounting environment. A great team player that is willing to step up to help when needed. You will have an enthusiastic attitude with an overall positive attitude.
