He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

Our People and Culture interns will be involved in a number of different activities, focused around the recruiting function. You will have an opportunity to work closely with the team to understand the preparations that goes on as the team approaches recruiting season, as well as be involved in the behind the scenes of what support work goes on during the months where we welcome multiple interns during the summer. There may be opportunities to do other things relating to how the team approaches attraction and building brand awareness as well.

Interns may receive priority consideration for our 2-year Graduate Programme, setting the stage for your future career.

You have a keen interest in Human Resources and are motivated to gain practical experience in this area.

 

You bring drive and motivation, and have a keen interest in getting things done.

 

Your passion for the “why” set you apart.

 

To apply you must:

 

  • Be in your penultimate year studying towards a relevant Bachelor's degree in business or HR, or continuing into a Master’s level of study in 2026.
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand full-time from November 2025- February 2026
