Join us, leading and evolving our workforce planning and reporting as a response to the fast-changing needs of our teams and communities. You will plan, organise, and lead highly engaged teams in network support (frontline cover) and workforce analysis.

You will lead the recruitment activity for front-line staff aligning with workforce development aspirations. You will collaborate in identifying and delivering new initiatives aimed at enhancing our workforce planning and front-line operations, including our commitment to environmental sustainability and te reo Māori. 

 

You will know your team is successful when the workforce planning function is continuously responding and adapting to operational and stakeholders’ diverse needs, delivering better value and reliable service.

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

You have knowledge and experience in workforce management systems and identifying workforce needs and gaps. You know how to collaborate, innovate, and have a can-do attitude. You have the capabilities to navigate a complex organisation and have experience with building relationships, outstanding communication, and excellent political acumen. Finally, you have the relevant experience in leading and building large teams.
